The colors shown are indicative as they cannot be reproduced exactly the same as the original ones due to the differences in your computer and monitor settings. The sale is regulated by the present general conditions, which are considered accepted in full in writing or verbally at the time of ordering. Each order is considered confirmed unless otherwise communicated by Dental Service s.n.c. Orders under € 120.00 + 22% vat, excluding transport, will not be processed. The goods travel at the risk and peril of the customer. The payments are made under the agreed terms of payment. Any complaint relating to the shipped goods must be notified in writing within 8 days of the receipt of the goods. The orders processed will be shipped by courier at the customer's expense. We will not be held responsible for any delays with shipments. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

• That the number of parcels delivered corresponds with the number of parcels stated on the consignment note.
• That the packaging is intact, not damaged and has not been tampered with, or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape)
• Any complaints must be made immediately to the courier delivering the goods, failing this, the goods shall be considered properly delivered. Once the consignment note has been signed, the Customer cannot make any objection to the exterior packaging of the delivery.

The packaging is borne by Dental Service s.n.c., except for special packaging.

Returned goods

Returns or replacements of garments will not be accepted without prior notice. All returns that have not been authorized by Dental Service s.n.c. and where the exact procedures have not been complied with, will be rejected. The items to be replaced must be returned by the Customer, at the customer's expense in its original packaging. This means that returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Embroidered garments
• Garments made or modified based on your requests
• Garments that have been washed, stained by cosmetics, ink or have been worn for more than required
• Goods that have been cut due to negligence when opening the parcel
• Goods that arrive as carriage forward
• Goods returned after 8 days from the date of purchase
• Only goods accompanied with a consignment note stating the goods are "returned for credit", including details of the purchasing invoice and the description of the return, will be accepted.

Privacy

Personal data is collected and processed by Dental Service s.n.c. with the aim of fulfilling the requests made by Customers, processing of orders and establishing further contacts. Under no circumstances is the collected data sold or passed on to third parties for any other reason. All disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Milan district Court.
